Shipping policy

As all of BeHumanKind's goods are made-to-order, each item will have a different development and processing time.
Please refer to the product description for the delivery time and method.

Should you order items with different delivery times and methods, items will be sent separately. 

All items in our Outlet will leave France on the Tuesday or Friday after you have placed an order. These will be sent using La Poste France on a tracked service.

Shipping Costs
Most items are shipped from France.

Shipping costs to France
€5.90 - all parcels will be sent via La Poste or Mondial Relay on a fully tracked Service.
Postage is free for all of our hand-knitted items.

Shipping costs to the rest of  The European Union
€8.50 - all parcels will be sent via La Poste or Mondial Relay on a fully tracked Service.
Postage is free for all of our hand-knitted items.

Shipping costs to The United Kingdom
€11.50 - all parcels will be sent via La Poste on a fully tracked service (traceable on La Poste France and then The Royal Mail website once the parcel reaches the UK).
Postage is free for all of our hand-knitted items.

Some items shipping directly from our made-to-order factory in the UK will be charged at the lesser rate of £5.99 / €6.82, unless you combine these items with items delivering from France (check the product descriptions on individual items).

Shipping costs to The Rest Of The World
€22.50 - all parcels will be sent via La Poste on a fully tracked service (traceable on La Poste France and then your local national mail service website one the parcel reaches the country of destination).
Postage is free for all of our hand-knitted items.

Tracking your order
You should receive a tracking number once your order is on it's way.
If this number contains 13 digits and your country code (FR for France or UK for the UK) then 
it will be traceable on the France La Poste website: https://www.laposte.fr/
Once it has left France it will then be traceable on your own countries national postal service.
For example, The Royal Mail for the United Kingdom: https://www.royalmail.com/ and USPS for the United States: https://tools.usps.com/
